This project is being partially funded by the Government of Saskatchewan through the New Building Canada Fund (NBCF). The work involves the construction of a new water treatment plant at the Town of Blaine Lake including raw water supply system, site works, a wastewater forcemain, substructure, superstructure, process and building mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls and associated appurtenances.
