Description: 

The Work consists of the construction of a new lagoon treatment cell adjacent to the existing lagoon, refurbishing the existing treatment cell, turning the existing storage and exfiltration cells into one larger storage cell along with new inlet structure requiring realignment of the force main, new control structures between cells, a new truck dump and access road improvements while the lagoon remains functional for the community.
