​​​​​​The project will generally consist of:

  • Collaboration and provide suggestions during the finalization of the detailed design with Associated Engineering and the City of Estevan.
  • Revitalization of two (2) blocks of downtown including:
    • Removal of existing infrastructure
    • Approx. 372 meters of water main replacement
    • Approx. 453 meters of sanitary sewer main replacement
    • Approx. 364 meters of storm sewer main installation
    • Approx. 7630 square meters of asphalt cement roadway
    • Approx. 972 lineal meters of concrete curb and gutter
    • Approx. 5142 square meters of paver stone sidewalk
    • Approx.  560 Linear meters of tree box installation and 63 new trees
    • Traffic signs/signals
    • Landscaping features and furnishings
    • Electric Vehicle Charge Stations
    • Excavation, haul and disposal of contaminated soil, haul and placement of clean backfill
    • Tie into existing infrastructure at project extents.
