The Pasqua First Nation (PFN) invites Prequalification Submissions from interested General Contractors for the construction of upgrades to PFN’s wastewater lagoons, sewage pumping station, and force main located at Pasqua First Nation #79. It is the intention of the PFN Project Management Team (PMT) to prequalify General Contractors with experience in construction, start-up and commissioning of wastewater treatment and management systems. The Prequalification is the first of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage involves selecting Qualified Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification, and the second stage involves inviting those Qualified Respondents to submit a Tender. This Tender is to be issued at a later date by PFN. |
