The Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation invites Prequalification Submissions from interested General Contractors for the construction of the new raw water supply, water treatment plant (WTP) and treated water supply system located at Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation. It is the intention of the Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation Project Management Team (PMT) to prequalify General Contractors with experience in construction, start-up and commissioning of water supply systems. The Prequalification is the first of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage involves selecting Qualified Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification, and the second stage involves inviting those Qualified Respondents to submit a Tender. This Tender is to be issued at a later date by Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation. |
