The Day Star First Nation invites Prequalification Submissions from interested General Contractors for the construction of a raw water supply system from two groundwater wells and a water treatment plant (WTP) expansion. It is the intention of Day Star First Nation Project Management Team (PMT) to prequalify General Contractors with experience in construction, start-up and commissioning of raw water supply and WTP. The Prequalification is the first of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage involves selecting Qualified Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification, and the second stage involves inviting those Qualified Respondents to submit a Tender. This Tender is to be issued at a later date by Day Star First Nation. |
